Jim and Linda Smeaton are amazing. We had superior service from before listing our home to after closing was complete. We interviewed several real estate agents and Jim and Linda were by far the best with customer service and quality. Since we had never sold a home before, we had many questions. They went above and beyond by helping us with staging, taking amazing photos for the MLS, and even personally walking our neighborhood to talk with current neighbors to make connections for potential buyers.

“When we called Linda and Jim we were in a situation that seemed nearly hopeless.  We were completely overwhelmed with the prospect of trying to sell our home which was over $100,000 upside down due to changes in the housing market.  We had orders assigning us a new duty station for later that year and the prospect of dividing our household between two states was not only heartbreaking but financially impossible.  We had heard there were government programs that may be able to help us and knew a little about short sales, but didn’t know if we qualified for either or even had the first clue about where to start.
